By accessing the Travenolix website or utilizing our mobile game production specialized services, you enter into a binding agreement with Travenolix, based in Calgary, Canada. These terms prioritize technical stability and professional transparency across our full-cycle production and technical consulting workflows.

Travenolix provides architectural mapping, rapid prototyping, and optimization passes for mobile platforms. Our engagement is defined by milestone-linked deliverables centered on performance targets and high-fidelity asset integration.

All original codebase structures, proprietary shader logic, and customized game engine optimizations developed by Travenolix remain the exclusive property of the agency until full contractual transfer following final project approval.

• [2.1] Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract 3D assets from our public showcases or proprietary build repositories.
• [2.2] The Travenolix logo and brand identity are registered marks. Any unauthorized use in hardware benchmarks or platform portfolios is strictly prohibited.

Travenolix operates on an "as-available" basis for technical consulting. While we implement the Framerate Stability Protocol across three hardware tiers, we do not provide guarantees regarding specific app store revenue, player retention percentages, or external market performance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from mobile production contracts or website usage boundaries shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Calgary.
