Data
Integrity

Transparency is the baseline of professional game production. This policy outlines how Travenolix handles information for independent studios and brand partners.

Last Revised: May 2026

01. Information Acquisition

We collect data necessary to facilitate full-cycle mobile production and technical consulting.

When you engage with the Travenolix interface or enter into a production cycle, we collect identifiers such as names, official corporate email addresses, and technical project variables. This includes Game Design Documents (GDD) or asset libraries provided for porting and optimization services.

Automated technical logs are generated during site interaction, covering IP addresses, browser engine types, and regional identifiers. This is strictly utilized for platform-native performance optimizations and quality assurance.

02. Technical Implementation

Our data processing is grounded in functional stability. We use collected information to:

  • [I] Execute technical optimization passes on existing repositories.
  • [II] Coordinate cross-platform asset porting between game engines.
  • [III] Provide UI/UX refinements based on specific user-session feedback.

03. Storage & Safeguards

We do not retain asset libraries beyond the lifecycle of the production agreement unless specifically requested for long-term maintenance. All project data is stored on high-performance industrial servers with multi-tier encryption protocols.

Developer Notice:

We do not claim specific platform rankings or revenue numbers for past projects. Your commercial data remains strictly confidential and is never used as a general marketing benchmark without written authorization.

04. User Jurisdiction

Under current data protection regulations, you retain the right to request access, rectification, or the permanent erasure of your personal and project-related data. If you are operating from Calgary, AB, or other jurisdictions with specific privacy mandates, Travenolix adheres to all local legislative frameworks regarding digital privacy.
